I'm Helen. 

My birthing experience with my son activated and ignited my soul gifts and a deep remembrance in this lifetime.

The trauma from his birth triggered my spiritual awakening. In 2018, I began my journey back to self — to my inner being, my soul, and my essence — unveiling dormant parts of myself.

It has been a coming home… a remembrance of who I am and what I am here to do.

I am sensitive to energy and deeply empathic.

With a background in early childhood education and allied health, developing a deep understanding of how children's nervous systems, brains, bodies, and overall developmental functions truly lights me up. I see the connections between the root causes of behaviour and how energetic work can support both children and their families.

My motherhood journey has been profoundly transformational, igniting a deep well of growth and expansion.
