I'm Helen. 

My birthing experience with my son ignited my soul gifts and sparked a deep remembrance.

The trauma from his birth triggered my spiritual awakening, and in 2018, I began my journey back to myself — to my inner being, my soul, and my essence.

It has been a coming home… a deep remembrance of who I am and what I am here to do.

Throughout this journey, I’ve cultivated a deeper connection with myself and my intuition. I am sensitive to energy and deeply empathic, and I use these gifts to guide others toward calm, clarity, and alignment.

With a background in early childhood education and allied health, I developed a deep understanding of how children’s nervous system, brains, and bodies function. I see the connections between the root causes of behaviour and how energetic work can support both children and the adults around them.

My motherhood journey has been profoundly transformational, igniting a well of growth and expansion that continues to inform my work today.

I walk alongside each client with care, intuition, and presence, whether you are seeking nervous system regulation, energetic release, or a deeper connection to yourself.
