What could be included in your session?
During your session I use Usui and Seichim Reiki & Access Bars techniques.
I am 100 percent spirit led and follow my intuition.
I channel light language healing and activations that suit your needs.
I examine your meridians, chakras and release trapped emotions, and heart walls using the emotion code. I feel into your womb space, aura, the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical energetic bodies and provide cleansing. I release any cords and energies that are not for your best and highest good. I end with crystal healings and smudging to revitalise your energy. These sessions are intuitively led and not all techniques are used in every session.

What could you experience during a healing session?
You may experience different sensations during your healing session. The experience of Reiki is subjective, changeable, and sometimes very subtle. People often experience heat or coolness. Other common experiences are subtle pulsations where the practitioner's hands are placed or cascading waves of pulsations throughout the body. People often comment how comforting they find Reiki to be.

Cancellation Policy
If you would like a session then I have available bookings after 12 hours of your request. This allows time to organize my calendar. If you cancel within 24hours of your appointment then no refund is offered. Happy to change your appointment once to another convenient time.
What are the benefits of energy healing?
There are many wonderful benefits of Reiki. Reiki is a very simple process, but usually produces quite profound effects. Reiki assists the body’s natural healing process and is said to induce deep relaxation, relieve emotional stress, improve overall wellbeing, and improve energy levels. Most people feel calm and relax after a Reiki treatment and say they feel energetic, clear minded and productive.

What is Light Language Healing?
The Language of Light is a heart-based, conceptual form of communication from God/Source.
It bypasses the logic centers of the brain that we’re accustomed to using and speaks directly to your being and the body at the subatomic/DNA level. This means that it is able to effect profound change in your life experience, particularly when combined with a healing intention.
How does distance (remote) healing work?
During a Distance energy healing session you will experience all the benefits and feelings as you would in an in-person session. I will draw on Reiki symbols to connect into distance healing. These symbols enable me to send Reiki healing across time and space. Yep that’s right you can be on the other side of the world and still receive Reiki healing.
What Is Reiki/Energy Healing?
Reiki targets the energy fields in and around the body and aims to help improve the flow of energy. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki is the life force energy that flows through all living things. It is an act of natural healing that uses Reiki to empower you to bring about improvements and healing on all levels. Reiki can never do damage in any way and treats the whole person, stimulating the bodies own natural healing abilities, creating many beneficial effects. Reiki practitioner’s use their hands to be the in between guide for you and the healing energy channel. I use Seichim and Usui Reiki within your session.
What Is SpinaReiki?
The SpinaReiki Method™ is an adaptation of release and balancing techniques from craniosacral therapy with the additional power of Reiki. It offers an energetic realignment for the spine as well as enhancing wellness for the whole body. The SpinaReiki Method™ subtly balances the nervous, endocrine and lymphatic systems
